Delivery and Returns




Standard Delivery

We offer FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY on all orders over £75.

Please note that on top of the cost of the sale, we also must include the cost of postage. Postage is £3.95, and we use Royal Mail tracked service to ensure quality handling and safe delivery of your items. Deliveries can be expected to arrive with you on average, between 3-5 working days (excluding public bank holidays).

If you are not at the requested place of delivery on arrival of your items, then Royal Mail will deposit your package for safe keeping at your nearest post depot. Details of this will be left on a notification card, along with your personal consignment number for you to quote on collection.

24 Hour Tracked

We also offer a Royal Mail Tracked service which usually arrives next day at a cost of £5.95. Please note this is not a guaranteed next day delivery.

Next Day Delivery

If you require your items faster than the standard delivery of 3-5 working days, we offer a next day delivery service at the cost of £10.00 (Monday to Thursday excluding bank holidays)

Such transactions MUST be ordered before 12.00pm the day before delivery in order for us to ensure process your delivery in time. If ordering at the weekend and selecting next day delivery your order will be despatched on the Monday and delivered to you by 1pm the following day.

Deliveries to Ireland, the channel islands and Isle of Man are £10.00


Deliveries to anywhere in Europe are £10.00. Please note we cannot deliver next day to Europe.

Rest of the world

Deliveries to the rest of the world are £20.00

Duty and Customs

If your order is being delivered outside of the European Union, local import duty and local taxes may be applicable. Such import duties may impose a delay in your goods clearing customs, of which Sariska has no control. Sariska is not financially responsible for any local import duties and taxes imposed on your goods. Any local duty/taxes/customs fees imposed are payable locally by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for providing any information required by Customs & Excise to ensure the goods are cleared.

Please note Sariska is not able to refund any duty paid on items returned to us either due to fault or unsuitability as this is a contract between the purchaser and their own country Customs & Excise.

If you are unsure of whether to expect to pay duty on goods shipped to your country from the UK, please contact your local Customs & Excise office who will be able to advise you further.

Tracking Service

We also offer a tracking service of your items so that you can follow the status of your purchase and its location. When you buy your items on our website, simply use the tracking number indicated in your order summery. You can then type this into the Royal mail website, and you will be informed where your purchase is.

Returns Policy

If you find that you are not complete satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for either an exchange or refund via our website only within 14 days of delivery. (We apologise for the inconvenience, but we cannot process returns and exchanges brought online in our stores),

Please note that Sale goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

We aim to issue refunds within 7 days of receipt of returned items, however, please note that it can take up to 10 days for sums to be credited to your account.

Please be aware that we try to be fair with our returns policy, but there are a number of cases when we cannot offer a refund, such as:

  • Items are not returned in original packaging with labels still attached and in a sellable condition
  • Obvious wear of clothes (clothes must be unworn)
  • Damage to items caused by lack of care, such as make-up stains when trying on (please be cautious when trying clothes as make-up can transfer onto fabrics easily)
  • Perfume and odour on items
  • Neglectful damage such as rips and holes caused by either obvious intent, or lack of care when trying on (please treat all items with care)

Due to hygiene reason we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on pierced earrings.

The returns process is designed to be swift and convenient for our customers. Simply complete the returns card included in the delivery detailing the reason for return, and then post it along with your purchases in the original packaging to the indicated address (Below)

Please bear in mind that returns are the responsibility of the customer until they have reached us, therefore, postage and packaging must be paid for by you. We recommend using special, or recorded delivery to ensure a swift, safe return to us. Once received with the receipt, original packaging and returns card, we can then process your refund immediately, or exchange it for a more suitable, requested item.


If you need to exchange a clothing item for a different size, then please complete the relevent areas on the back of your dispatch note and when we receive the item/s to be exchanged, we will send your new required size out to you FREE OF CHARGE.


Faulty Items:

At Sariska, we do our utmost to ensure that our customers receive 100% quality service and items at all times. However, in the unlikely event that you receive your purchase in a less than satisfactory state with obvious manufacturing damage, then we are more than happy to offer a full refund of the original sale, along with the cost of the postage. In order to process the return of faulty items, as with refunds, we must first be notified here at Sariska via e-mail or phone call with the details of the fault, at which you can then post the items back to us following the same process as indicated in the refunds section above, in the original condition that it was received. Once received, we can then inspect the damage ourselves to ensure that it is indeed a fault, at which we can then process a full refund, including the cost of postage immediately.
